Pricing depends on the route, distance, and service type. Shared transport starts at $1.00/mile. Private direct transport starts at $1.50/mile for solo pets. Flight nanny services start at $1,500. We provide a full transparent quote before you sign anything — no hidden fees, no surprises.
We require a 50% deposit 48 hours before pickup to confirm your booking. The remaining balance is due at pickup. For flight nanny services, the deposit is due immediately at booking since flights must be reserved in advance. We accept Stripe, PayPal, Venmo, and Zelle.
We understand life happens. Please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made more than 48 hours before pickup will receive a refund of the deposit minus a processing fee. Cancellations within 48 hours of pickup are non-refundable as costs have already been committed.
Every shipment is personally managed by Sharëssa Huffman. Depending on your route, your pet will be transported by Sharëssa directly or one of our 7 vetted, background-checked drivers. You will always know exactly who is with your pet before pickup day.
We send constant photo and video updates throughout the journey. We also use Life360 GPS sharing so you can track your pet's location in real time. You will never feel disconnected from your pet.
Yes. We have experience with all breeds, sizes, and temperaments — from small cats and exotic pets to large and giant breed dogs. If your breed has airline restrictions, we will advise you on the best transport option for their specific needs.
Yes. We coordinate full international pet relocation including health certificates, USDA endorsements, import permits, and destination ground transport. Contact us directly for international bookings as requirements vary by country.
Absolutely. We proudly support active duty and veteran families with a military discount on all services. Please mention your military status when requesting your quote.
A flight nanny is a dedicated SHA-Pet handler who accompanies your pet in the cabin of a commercial flight — never in cargo. Your pet stays with our handler from departure to arrival. This is our SHA-Pet Air service and is available for pets that meet airline in-cabin size and weight requirements.
Yes. We assist with health certificate coordination, USDA endorsements, and airline documentation as part of our flight nanny and international transport services. We work with your vet or connect you with a USDA-accredited vet in your area.
We serve all 50 states. We are based in Dallas, TX and Annapolis, MD but our team of drivers covers routes nationwide. We also coordinate international transport worldwide.
We recommend booking at least 7–14 days in advance, especially for flight nanny services where airline seats must be reserved early. For ground transport we can sometimes accommodate shorter notice — contact us and we will do our best.
We primarily transport dogs and cats but also have experience with small animals including rabbits, chinchillas, and other small pets. Contact us to discuss your specific pet's needs.
